- Billing data: invoice details and payment reference numbers submitted by you for reconciliation. We do not store your UPI PIN, full card number, CVV or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by our payment partners.
- Project data: the public social media handles, URLs, campaign goals and creative briefs you share with us to deliver our marketing services.
- Support data: tickets, emails and any attachments you send us.

- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, referrer and timestamps.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used and campaigns viewed inside your client dashboard.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS/HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, row-level database security, password hashing and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
